Pressure lubrication of bearings by oil or fat

Common characteristics of these systems is, that the lubricated places are connected to the source of pressure lubricant (oil or fat) by pressure distribution. The lubricant is forced in the lubricated places under pressure. In this subgroup it is possible to choose from several types of systems.

Choice of the particular type of the lubrication system is affected by following factors:

Number of lubricated places
Ratio of doses to particular lubricated places
Occurrence of groups of lubricated places with different operating mode
Lubricant consumption
Dimension of lubricated machine
Type of production unit
Lubricated places order
Lubricant (oil or fat?)
Requirement for reverse watching of system function
Requirement for further system expansion
Requirement for sequence on circuits of lubricated device
Requirement for additional lubricant doses setting

Multi-line and progressive systems

Systems designed for lubrication of particular machines eventually smaller lines with smaller number of lubricated places placed close to each other (stone breakers, mobile technology, etc.)
Two-line systém

Systems designed for lubrication of the big machines and devices placed in hardworking conditions with long distances between lubricated places (technological devices for cement works, metallurgical plants, mining giant machines etc.)
Single-line systém

System designed for lubrication of bigger devices in lighter working conditions (machines and lines in food, paper and glassmaking industry, etc.)
Zone systems

system suitable for lubrication of equipment with a larger number of lubricated points divided into several groups with different lubrication modes (machines and lines in all industries)
Combined systems

Systems, in which are used some parts of systems with different characteristics described in previous chapters
