Piston seal PK 4

is a double-acting polyurethane piston seal designed for pneumatic cylinders (double-acting and single-acting), which is designed for small engagements and very low friction. The special profile utilizes air pressure for seal function in both radial and axial directions.

Installation

Seal to be installed in a closed groove. Remove burrs and sharp edges that could damage the seal. The piston must be free of burrs and the cylinder tube bevelled according to the assembly instructions in the introduction to the catalogue.
We recommend lubricating the gasket with mineral grease (HZ103W) before installation.
