PolyLine® from sera ProDos GmbH

It is a type series of simple, flexible and economical system for the preparation of polymer flocculant. The equipment allows operation with powder or liquid input product. The systems are equipped with precise flow measurement for solution preparation and level measurement to ensure reliable and economical operation of the entire system.

In a three-chamber device, the polymer is dissolved with water in the first chamber, The second chamber is used for maturation of the product. The finished product enters the third chamber through an overflow, from which it is subsequently removed for consumption. Due to the optimal process, adapted to the preparation, the possibility of imperfect mixing of the product is minimized.	The storage tank of the alternating preparation device consists of 2 separate chambers. In the chambers, the preparation of the polymer solution takes place in succession. After a predefined maturation time, the solution is ready for use. The possibility of imperfect maturation of the product is eliminated.	In the two-storey variant, the chambers are placed one above the other. The polymer preparation takes place in the upper chamber. After the maturation period, the finished product is transferred to the lower tank. By maintaining the necessary maturation time, imperfect preparation of the polymer is absolutely avoided.
