HENNLICH MOULDING PRODUCTION

Our product range includes the production of custom shaped parts using the method of pressing or injection moulding. Custom solutions starting from one-off items. The offer and subsequent production are based on the supplied 3D drawing and other requirements such as material type, certificates, surface treatment, etc..

FORM

We will prepare the optimal form according to the size of the planned project with regard to minimizing costs. Throughout the project, the form is used exclusively for your purposes.

MATERIALS

We have a large scale of standard and special materials for your projects. Standard materials are NBR, FKM/FPM (Viton), EPDM and SI (Silicone) in various hardnesses and colours. Special materials are FFKM, AEM (Vamac), FVMQ (Fluor-silicone), CR (Chloroprene), etc.

COATING

If the application requires friction reduction or visual differentiation of parts, we can supply shaped parts including surface treatment or lubrication. Lubrication is provided internally or externally.

PARTS MARKING

For better identification of individual parts, we can mark them with a unique marking of your choice. This will greatly improve the handling of parts, for example if you have one part in a different dimensional design.

CERTIFICATION

When using parts in Automotive, PPAP documentation is a must. Similarly, when used in the food industry and other types of industry, we supply materials for production with FDA approval, or certification for contact with drinking water, etc.

In addition to the production of moulded parts, we offer the production of custom moulded parts:
