We have been working on sustainability systematically and for a very long time. We are a company with more than a century of tradition and it is essential for us to operate in a sustainable manner with the lowest possible impact on the environment. We also make it a priority to build long-term partnerships that benefit our customers, suppliers and employees. We want to be good neighbours to the residents, local government and institutions in Litoměřice and the surrounding area, as well as other places where we operate.

We implement green technologies and practices that reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainable development. Employees
We do our best to meet the needs of our employees and co-workers in balancing their professional and family life. That is why we were one of the first companies in the region to build our own HENNLICH Baby Club for the preschool children of our employees and co-workers. We allow various forms of flexible working hours or working from home. Our employees and co-workers can use the company's SOS advice line free of charge if they do not know how to deal with a difficult life situation, not only related to employment, but also to personal and family life.
Region
Proof that the place where we are based is important to us is the many social activities that we have initiated or participate in within the city of Litoměřice. One of the most important projects is the HENNLICH Donation Fund, which our company established in 2004 at the prestigious Ústí Community Foundation and thanks to which we annually support the non-profit activities of young people living or studying in Litoměřice.
