If you wish to return goods you have just purchased within the statutory period of 14 days from delivery, please complete the form below. If you wish to return the entire order, simply enter ‘I am returning the entire order’ in the first field.

The right to withdraw from the purchase contract under Section 1829 of the Civil Code applies only to consumers – not to businesses purchasing under a company registration number.
