K 50
DESCRIPTION
Compact piston seal K 50 is recommended to be used in easy operating conditions at one- or more-part piston constructions according ISO standard. Type K 50 consists of rubber profile ring which is wear resistant. At the sides fo NBR ring are used two split back-up rings from nylon. In addition there are used the guiding rings on each side of the NBR ring. Guiding rings are also split and made from a modified nylon. The seal is providing very good sealing effect of elastic sealing ring, good extrusion resistance of high strength and plastic back-up rings. Guiding rings are not exposed to radial forces and this is very important for long lifetime. It leads to minimal friction, which also have positive effect the lifetime. _x000D_
ASSEMBlY
Assembling the sealing parts is much easy given using of material, split rings and guiding rings. Please, assemble in following order: first drag the rubber ring, then assemble the back-up rings. Finally mount the guiding rings. _x000D_
MEDIA
This seal is suitable to run in liquids based on mineral oil and in HFA and HFB liquids. Short term working temperature of -40°C is permissible.
