Circulating lubrication systems
Circulation lubrication systems is the special subgroup of lubrication systems. Except of lubrication function, the oil has very often also function of cooling medium.
The oil is collected, filtered and cooled after passing through the lubrication points and than is repeatedly used. The circulation lubrication stations are usually taylor made, depending on concrete aplication..
As results from the name, the oil is circulating inside these systems. Only its real loss, caused by leakage is refilled. Circulation system is closed circle.
Circulation lubrication systems are divided into the following subgroups:
- With dividing using hydraulic resistances
- With volume dividing
- With multicircuit pumps
Applications: Paper machines, machines in hard industry etc.
