For connection to more lubrication points, with electromagnetic shut-off valve

All undermentioned construction forms include two drippers (for two lubrication points). The chosen version must be equipped with adequate number of additional drippers. The drip feed lubricator must be equipped with so many drippers as the number of lubrication points (max. 10).
It is possible to manually regulate the frequency of drops dosing or to fully stop the dosing process for each lubrication point by regulating mechanism placed on particular drippers.

This type of lubricator also contains electromagnetic shut-off valve, which enables to stop the oil flow into all drippers at the same time (connection with working hours of the lubricated device)._x000D_

*) The drip feed lubricators with PTFE seals, by which it is possible in combination with glass reservoir to achieve the max. working temperature 200 °C, available on request.

**) This type of drip feed lubricator is available with electromagnetic shut-off valve type H with cover IP65 for wet and dusty surrounding and in special construction form for explosive surrounding (EX-construction form) on request.

If the automatic autonomous cycling is needed, it is possible to install the timer TUP 1078-1 on the connector of the electromagnetic shut-off valve on request._x000D_

Generally about drip feed lubricators:

Drip feed lubricators are developed for dosing of oil, or other liquids, to one or more lubrication points.

Their function is based only on gravitation base that means that they are not able to exert any pressure, and it is necessary to place them above the lubrication point and only in position expressed in the pictures below.

All types of drip feed lubricators allows the opportunity of visual check of dosing of the particular drops through check window placed in the lower part of the oiler (by drip feed oilers for more lubrication points – in lower part of particular drippers).

Output (outputs) from drip feed lubricator is connected to lubrication point (points) directly, or through short pipes (plastic pipe, screwing, anchor material).

If it is necessary to spread the oil on the surface (e. g. by chains lubricating), the place with oil output will be equipped with lubrication brush (see accessories of automatic lubricators).
