Cartridge dust collectors

Cartridge dust collectors offer a compact and effective solution for dust extraction in industrial facilities. These filters use cylindrical filter cartridges that provide a large filtration area within a relatively small volume, making them ideal for applications with limited space.

How cartridge filters work

Contaminated air enters the filter unit and passes through the filter cartridges. Dust particles are captured on the surface and within the filter media, while the cleaned air continues on. When the filter media becomes saturated, automatic regeneration occurs via a countercurrent flow of compressed air, which removes the captured dust into a collection container.

Advantages of cartridge filters

  • Compact design: suitable for applications with limited space
  • High efficiency: filtration efficiency often exceeds 99%
  • Easy maintenance: simple replacement of filter cartridges
  • Automatic regeneration: extends the service life of the media
  • Wide range of applications: from welding to fine dust

Applications of cartridge filters

  • Welding operations - extraction of welding fumes
  • Grinding shops - filtration of metal dust
  • Woodworking industry - extraction of wood dust
  • Food industry - filtration of food dust
  • Pharmaceutical industry - with HEPA cartridges

Technical specifications

Cartridge filters are available in various sizes and capacities depending on application requirements. Standard airflow rates range from 1,000 to 10,000 m³/h, with the option to combine multiple units for higher capacities.
