Rotary separators

Rotary separators - Separator line - are pressurized devices designed to separate extracted material conveyed by transport or shredder fans.

The extracted material is captured on an integrated screen and then scraped off using blades, similar to the principle of a rotary valve. The scraped material then falls by gravity into a discharge hopper for further processing.

We also manufacture and supply rotary separators in versions compliant with the ATEX directive for the extraction of explosive dusts.
