Steel Jet

Steel Jet high-temperature filters are negative pressure filtration units equipped with automatic regeneration using compressed air.

The filtration medium consists of sintered metallic cartridges with temperature resistance up to 450°C. Filtration efficiency exceeds 99%, and unlike fabric-based filtration units, there is no risk of ignition.

Depending on noise level requirements, the high-temperature radial exhaust fan can be installed in an acoustic box. Dust residues are discharged via a rotary valve or screw conveyor into a dust collection bin.

For accessible maintenance and safety, larger filtration units are equipped with maintenance platforms, ladders, and safety railings.
