RO 300 l/hour

The state-of-the-art RO mini 300 reverse osmosis system is a fully automated continuous water treatment system that combines a microprocessor control unit with a clear digital display. Thanks to its innovative design, the plant delivers water of the highest quality that meets stringent standards while operating with minimal noise, even with its compact dimensions. The device is equipped with state-of-the-art membrane elements that achieve up to 99.6% efficiency, effectively eliminating bacteria, viruses and pyrogens. Optimized technology results in low operating costs and minimal energy consumption, eliminating the need for specialized personnel. In addition, the resulting water can be further treated by mixing permeate and pretreated water, reducing the overall cost of water production.

Key components and technologies

  • Reverse membranes and tanks: Ensure high water treatment efficiency.
  • Carbon candle filter: Removes suspended particles (5 micron filtration) and chlorine, thus contributing to clean and high quality water.
  • High pressure pump: Contributes to the efficient operation of the entire system.
  • Integrated instruments and sensors: Continuously monitor and regulate the operation, guaranteeing the stability and safety of the entire system.

Optional features and extensions

For an even wider range of applications, we offer the possibility of integrating optional features, including:

  • Anti-scalant dosing or softening: Effectively prevents scale build-up on membranes.
  • Pre-filtration systems: Possibility of interfacing with multimedia filters and activated carbon filters.
  • pH adjustment: The device can be combined with pH neutralisation systems, calcite dissolvers, after-chlorination or dosing for pH adjustment.
  • Pressurization kit: Allows direct operation in the pipeline.

Choose the RO mini 180 system and ensure reliable and economical water treatment with an emphasis on state-of-the-art technology and maximum quality.
