Users can adjust system operation via a communication screen and user-friendly menu.
Optionally, the system can be connected to a central DCS/BMS via TCP/IP, Profibus or Modbus.

Part of the delivery
- Built-in combined flushing/CIP system with AISI 316 stainless steel tank and pump for fully automated operation and easy maintenance.
- Skid mounted on stainless steel frame for easy transport and simple installation.
- Microfiltration protection, RO membranes are protected by a 1 micron cartridge filter.
- Main control panel in IP65 enclosure with programmable logic controller (PLC). Users can adjust system operating parameters via a communication screen with user-friendly menu. Optionally, the system can be connected to a central DCS/BMS via TCP/IP, Profibus or Modbus.
- Continuous monitoring of the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of the incoming water to ensure removal of chlorine and other oxidizing chemicals and protect membranes from oxidation.
- Continuous monitoring of permeate conductivity is included in the system.
- The piping is AISI 316 stainless steel ( high pressure) and PVC-U (low pressure). BWG system components are certified for food use and are corrosion resistant.
- All necessary instruments and sensors for monitoring and adjusting the system operation are included.
- Advanced Monitoring Technology (AMT): Digital flow sensors and pressure transmitters control the entire system operation (Standard from BWG-15e, optional up to BWG-13).
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) in IP 55 enclosure on the high pressure pump offers reliable and cost-effective operation that responds to varying raw water characteristics. (Standard from BWG-15e, optional up to BWG-13)
- Continuous monitoring of feedwater conductivity (available as an option).
- Continuous monitoring and adjustment of pH in the permeate (available as an option).
- Dosing system for scale protection (available as an option).
- Automatic bypass mixing valve (available as an option).
