K 730
DESCRIPTION
K 730 is designed as seal for one-part piston for the heaviest loads. This seal can be used for double-acting or single-acting applications. Type K 730 consists of TPE sliding ring which has a excellent wear resistance and from rubber pre-load ring. Acetal back-up rings are used on both sides.
Combining design and material provide these positive properties:

- dirt resistance
- easy assembly
These seals are designed mainly for roof supports in mining. K 730 are manufactured with an bigger preload and therefore are suitable for low speeds.
MEDIA
This seal is suitable to run in liquids based on mineral oil from -40°C to +100°C. The temperature range to +60°C is allowed for water, pressure liquids HFA and HFB. Special materials are available for hard-flamable liquids.
NOTE
The back-up rings have cross-section shaped "L" in some dimensions.
