Bearings PF 88

are made of PTFE/carbon material and are supplied in rolls of yardage.

Advantages

- Can be easily cut to the required length.
- They can be used as guide rings for piston rods and pistons.
- They have very low friction and high chemical and temperature resistance.               

Recommended technical conditions

Speed:         < 15 m/s
Temperature: -50 to +160 °C (short-term up to +200 °C)
Medium: air (lubricated and non-lubricated)

Installation

Remove burrs and sharp edges that could damage the guide rings during assembly. The piston rod and cylinder tube must be free of burrs and bevelled according to the assembly instructions in the catalogue introduction.
