Automatic spring lubricators type SBK

Spring fat lubricators are designed for dosing fat to one lubricated place. They are optimal for lubricated places with smaller resistance (counter-pressure). They are usually used for lubrication of hard accessible isolated places. The fat is impressed to the lubricated place under the lower pressure, which is caused by spring placed above the wiper board inside the tank.
The lubricator can be placed in every position and it is possible to refill it repeatedly through the ball lubricating nipple (type H according to DIN 71412).
Optimal is, when is the lubricator direct connected to the thread of the lubricated place. It is also possible to connect the lubricator output and the lubricated place through the short line (recommended is length only 0,5 m).

In contrast to automatic lubricators, which work on other principals (electromechanical, electrochemical, etc.), these lubricators have low-cost operation, because there is no need of any additional activating screws etc. after the refilling. Disadvantage is the hard determination of dosed amount of lubricant per time unit, which is dependent on resistance in lubricated place, temperature, type of lubricant, etc.

Automatic lubricator SBK 50.0 has the opportunity to regulate the dosed amount of lubricant by choke valve and with opportunity to open/close.
