LENZING ViscoFil
Automatic backwash filter for fine filtration and gel particle separation
The LENZING ViscoFil system has been developed for the separation of soft gel particles from highly viscous liquids. The unique backwash mechanism allows the use of a deep filter material at the lowest backwash quantity and with continuous filtration.

Functional principle of the filter
Filtration takes place from the inside out and filtration also takes place during flushing. Automatic backwashing is triggered by a preset differential pressure (or timer).

- Solutions for spinning and casting: viscose, polyacrylic, cellulose acetate, resins, varnishes, petrochemicals.
Unique combination of reversible hot melt adhesives, gelatin, honey.
