Chemical automatic lubricators type SIMALUBE
Automatic lubricators SIMALUBE work on principle of chemical reaction, when is the solid substance placed in the cartridge in activation screw transformed to gas, which is cumulated in pressure chamber and pushes the piston, which forces the lubricant out of lubricator to the lubrication point._x000D_
The clearance period of the lubricator can be set directly on the activation screw in range 1-12 month, or it is even possible to fully stop the lubricant dosing. Thanks to control window it is possible to visually control the actual amount of lubricant in lubricator.
The lubricator can be placed in any position, it is also able to work under the water.
The best solution is, if it is possible to connect the lubricator directly to the thread of the lubrication ppoint, or it is possible to place a short line between lubricator output and the lubrication point (it is recommended the max. length 0,5 m, on condition d=8 mm the inner diameter of the tube).
This lubricator is refillable, but after every refilling is necessary to exchange the activation screw.
The lubricator is available empty or pre-filled with universal grease or oil (wide range of lubricants by request).
By usage of oil it is recommended to install the check valve with opening pressure cca 0,2 bar to the output of the lubricator. _x000D_
