Chemical automatic lubricators, type SKF LAGD

Automatic lubricators SKF LAGD (SYSTEM 24) from the program SKF MaPro work on principle of chemical reaction, when is the solid substance placed in the cartridge in activation screw transformed to gas, which is cumulated in pressure chamber and pushes the piston, which forces the lubricant out of lubricator to the lubricated place. _x000D_

The clearance period of the lubricator can be set on the rotating dial placed in the upper part of the lubricator in range 1-12 months, or it is possible to fully stop the lubricant dosing. Thanks to control window it is possible to visually control the amount of lubricant in lubricator._x000D_

The lubricator can be placed in any position, it is also able to work under the water._x000D_

The best solution is, if it is possible to connect the lubricator directly to the thread of the lubricated place, e, or it is possible to place a short line between lubricator output and the lubricated place (it is recommended the max. length 0,5 m, on condition d=8 mm the inner diameter of the tube)._x000D_

It is not recommended to refill the lubricator._x000D_

The lubricator is available empty or pre-filled with SKF lubricants._x000D_

The check valve is installed on the output of the lubricator by usage of oil._x000D_
