Bag collector Master Jet

Master Jet bag collectors are vacuum filtration units equipped with automatic regeneration using compressed air.

They are equipped with flat filter bags made of nonwoven fabric, characterized by a long service life of over 20,000 operating hours. We manufacture these filtration units in welded and bolted configurations on a modular platform for logistical efficiency and rapid installation.

Depending on noise level requirements, we install the exhaust fan inside a sound enclosure. Dust is conveyed via a rotary feeder to a dust collection hopper.

For easy maintenance and safety, larger filtration units are equipped with walkways, ladders, and guardrails.

We also manufacture Master Jet filtration units in versions designed for the extraction of explosive dusts in accordance with the ATEX standard.
