Bag collector Master Jet-V

Master Jet-V bag coolectors are equipped with automatic regeneration using compressed air.

These are filtration units with a wide range of applications. The filter media consists of flat pockets made of nonwoven fabric arranged vertically.

DESCRIPTION

  • A fabric filter with automatic regeneration and flat filter pockets made of nonwoven fabric, with a service life of over 20,000 operating hours.
  • Suitable for use in the removal of dust from flue gases in power generation facilities, foundry and glass furnaces, cement plants, and lime mills.
  • The vertical arrangement of the filter pockets allows for a space-efficient layout.
  • Modular design for higher capacities.

DESIGN

  • Robust bolted or welded sheet metal enclosure
  • Filtered air exits through an opening in the filter’s clean chamber via a fan into the ambient environment
  • Filter media: oval filter pockets measuring 370 x 30 mm, with lengths ranging from 500 to 2,500 mm, mounted vertically
  • Filter material in the standard version is polyester; for higher temperatures, PPS, M-Aramid, and PTFE
  • Regeneration of the filter surface is ensured by automatic and regular flushing via the so-called JET-PULS system
  • Compressed air connection: G ½” internal thread
  • Pneumatic and safety valves, pressure regulator with pressure gauge
