Bag collector Master Jet-H

Master Jet-H dust collectors are equipped with automatic regeneration using compressed air.

These are filtration units with a wide range of applications. The filter media consists of flat pockets made of nonwoven fabric arranged horizontally.

DESCRIPTION

• A fabric filter with automatic regeneration and flat filter pockets made of nonwoven fabric, with a service life of over 20,000 operating hours.
• Suitable for use in welding, grinding, painting, dust removal in foundries and cement plants, material recycling, etc.
• The horizontal arrangement of the filter pockets allows for a space-efficient layout.
• Modular design for higher flow rates.

DESIGN

• Robust bolted or welded sheet metal enclosure
• Filtered air exits through an opening in the filter’s clean chamber via a fan into the ambient environment
• Filter medium: Oval filter pocket measuring 370 x 30 mm, with lengths ranging from 500 to 2500 mm, mounted horizontally
• Filter material: polyester in the standard version; PPS, m-Aramid, and PTFE for higher temperatures
• Regeneration of the filter surface is ensured by automatic and regular flushing via the so-called JET-PULS system Compressed air connection: G ½” internal thread
• Pneumatic and safety valves, pressure regulator with pressure gauge
