High-temperature filter equipped with sintered metal cartridges with a temperature resistance of up to 500 °C.
DESCRIPTION
High-temperature filter with automatic regeneration using compressed air, nitrogen, or other media, and sintered metal cartridges with a long service life of over 30,000 operating hours.
Particularly suitable for use in high-temperature operations with flue gas temperatures above 250 °C. Can be used for dust removal from flue gases in biomass-fired boilers or for syngas purification (up to 500 °C).
They are used for “retrofitting”—the conversion of older fabric filters and electrostatic precipitators.
The horizontal arrangement of the filter cartridges allows for a space-efficient layout.
The modular design facilitates transport.

- Residual dust concentration at the outlet: <5 mg/Nm³
- Standard operating temperature: +80°C/+500°C
- Pressurized nitrogen, propane-butane, and others for syngas filtration
- Compressed air: 6 bar, -40°C, consumption from 0.1–100 Nm³/h
- Pressure drop: 1,000–2,000 Pa, depending on operation
DESIGN
- Robust welded sheet metal housing, designed for operation under vacuum and overpressure
- Filter medium: metallic cartridge, length 600–3000 mm, diameter 60–160 mm
- Regeneration of the filter surface is ensured by automatic and regular backwashing via the JET-PULS system; pressure medium connection: G ½” internal thread
- Pneumatic and safety valves, pressure regulator with pressure gauge
