Series DP
DP series rotary head
The DP series is a comprehensive range of industrial equipment that includes various types of valves and valves designed to control and regulate the flow of liquids and gases in demanding operating conditions. These products are designed to meet stringent requirements for safety, reliability and durability.
- Cooling water, hot water, coolants and lubricants
- (DP-800 for heat transfer oil)
- Small clearances are also suitable for compressed air and hydraulic oil
Knees
- DP sealing heads are always supplied in a single-way design
- For the two-way version, it is necessary to remove the plug and use the appropriate type of elbow
- P 2 - for fixed inner pipe (screwed)
- PR 2 - for rotating inner tube (housed in the elbow)
- PO 2 - for a fixed inner tube floating in an O-ring, secured with a screw
- Inner tube for type PO 2 is available
✅ Typical applications: chemical industry, petrochemical industry, energy industry
Technical data
- Bodies and elbows: made of brass, environmentally blasted with glass, 5 threaded bore holes on the periphery of the body to protect the bearings, hose connection for controllable drainage of the pharmacy
- Bodies: DN 03 and 06 in anodised aluminium
- Rotors: made of chrome steel
- Two ball bearings: bearings are lubricated on the working side, maintenance-free up to 80 °C, easily accessible lubrication points for higher temperatures
- Slip seals: Pressure relieved, different material pairing options - recommended pairing 1 for water up to 80 °C, pairing 3 for water and heat transfer oil up to 160 °C, pairing 4 for dirty water and pairing 5 for air
- Series 800: For heat transfer oil, has temperature resistant ball bearings, Viton O-rings and axial shaft seals for additional bearing protection
Connection to the rotating pressure system by:
- Standard threaded connection with right or left-hand G/BSP (ISO 228) or NPT (ANSI) threads
- Sealing and centering surfaces on the threaded outlet for flat sealing
- K-flange and conical inner ring (DN40 and DN50)
- Fixed F-flanges (DN40 and DN50)
- Radial connection of the housing using right-hand G/BSP (ISO 228) or NPT (ANSI) threads, axial connection using right-hand NPT (ANSI) threads, or u -800 using right-hand G/BSP (ISO 228) threads. Axial thread with locking screw and u -800 with flat seal
- Anti-rotation locking is not necessary due to low friction torque
