DESCRIPTION
The wipe rings A 34 protect the hydraulic cylinder against the leakage of dirt and foreign bodies. Its good function depends seal durability, guidance, as well as state of piston rods. Wiping seals type A 34 are made of rubber, particularly resistant to wear. Hardness is chosen so that the dirt is securely wiped and yet the guidance and seals have a thin lubricating film. The build slots for the wipe ring require close tolerance, enabling cost effective production of the grooves._x000D_
MEDIA
Wiping seals are suitable for liquids based on mineral oil, water and water-glycol mixtures. Short term operating temperatures up to -40 °C are permitted. Another material suitable for temperatures from -60 °C to +200 °C, and for use in difficult flammable liquids of ester or synthetic base are subject to request.
